Video Competition 2026
Calling all creative students!
We are delighted to offer this fantastic opportunity to UWL students to create a video to support UWL Aspire and more importantly support our new 26/27 first year intake.
This is a great way to showcase your videography skills, add to your CV, support your portfolio and also be entered into a competition to win £250 aspire credit to spend on anything you would like on our portal.
The winning video may be used during UWL's 26/27 student enrolment process.
Criteria Information:
The video should be between 3 and 4 minutes in length with a BIG emphasis that first year level 3 and level 4 students are awarded UWL Aspire funds for books and some course specific equipment.
Videos can be any creation type.

- University of West London Aspire Bursary Scheme 2025-26
- Include £100 for full time & £50 part time
- 1st year scheme outline
- Books and course related specific products ONLY
- How to login to their UWL Aspire Account
- Suggest 'opt into marketing' when first login to their account
- To be advised of special offers, course related information etc. Preferences can be changed anytime by going to 'My Account', 'Contact Preferences'.
- Does not need to be paid back
- Expiry of Funds
- Most of the funds will expire 365 days after they were issued or if you leave the university. You can check the date that your funds were issued by logging into your UWL Aspire account and going to "My Account", "My Transactions".
