Bank withdrawals - temporary technical issue.
If you’re trying to withdraw cash to your bank account, we’re aware there are currently technical difficulties with Payit. Your transaction may “hold” in the system and not complete.
Your funds will not be lost and will automatically “unhold” and refund back into your account at midnight, so you can try withdrawing again.

Top-up a friend or relative's UWL Aspire Card
You can add funds to any student's UWL Aspire Card account to help them get the resources they need and support them whilst at university.
Please note: Funds added can be used to purchase items from the UWL Aspire Card online shop for books, stationery and other essential resources and cannot be withdrawn as cash once added.
